A full refund will be made if your design order is not completed as per the delivery policy, duplicate charges are made as a result of processing errors, special design requirements are not met, or your design order cannot be completed.
You can request a refund from Design Wire Pro within five days of the completion of your initial designs if you are dissatisfied. However, if you do not request a refund within five days of receiving your initial designs, it will be assumed by both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs. There will be no refunds on any Special / Combo packages, but there will be refunds on the individual packages.
Your refund will be processed in the following manner:
If you request a refund prior to receiving your order, you are entitled to a full refund (less 10 percent service & processing fee). If you request a refund within 48 hours, you'll get 66% of your money back (less 10 percent service & processing fee). Within 48-120 hours of receiving your initial design, you may be eligible for a 33 percent refund upon submitting a refund request (less 10 percent service & processing fee). There will be no refunds after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, but we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns, as we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. Refund requests must be made known to the customer service team. Based on the violation of your user agreement, Design Wire Pro has the right to either approve or deny your request. If we cannot resolve your issue through our revision policy, we will send you an email from our refund department approving your refund request.
